Our partners include LOT, Swiss, Lufthansa, SAS, KLM, British Airways, Air France, Air Canada, Aeroflot, CSA, Malev, EL AL, and Iberia. Low-cost airlines with their competitive prices are part of our proposal as well. Apart from selling air tickets we guarantee wide access to business trip support services, from booking hotels and cars, to buying railway, ferry and coach tickets, to travel insurance and visa procedures. Tickets for our regular clients are delivered free of charge to their offices in
Krakow. In order to streamline cooperation with regular clients we organise training for employees responsible directly for making business trip arrangements. Representatives of air lines and our other vendors contribute to such training, which also addresses a variety of clientspecific need types. DETAILS of SERVICES

1. Booking and selling airlines tickets for domestic and international flights

· Airline tickets from all IATA members (International Air Transport Association);
· Tickets for all low-cost airlines that are not members of IATA;
· E-tickets from IATA members that offer e-service and for routes they define;
· Optimum choices of carriers and routes for the best flying time and price;
· Reservations and sales are possible even on the flight day;
· Subject to client’s consent, sales of tickets of IATA member airlines are added to the Frequent Flyer programme;
· Options of bonus programmes of IATA member airlines to reduce cost of their tickets;
· Special fare plans for students (up to 29 years of age) offering up to 50 % discounts on available rates;
· Free delivery of tickets to client’s office (in Krakow);
· Services/assistance for your business by a designated representative of CST Travel;
· Processing returns of unused tickets on carriers’ current terms and conditions of sale;
· Airline ticket reservations by phone, fax or e-mail;
· Discounts on published Business Class rates or special prices for selected routes operated by airlines such as LUFTHANSA, SAS, SWISS, FINNAIR; negotiating special Economy Class fares for specific routes with individual airlines;
· Trilateral agreements with carriers to offer the additional benefit of free tickets;
· Recommending the cheapest and most convenient air connections subject to availability and terms and conditions of ticket changes (returns, rescheduling etc.).

2. Railway tickets

· Railway tickets agent for all domestic and European lines to our regular clients (see below for a list of countries in Europe);
· Selling tickets for groups of 10 people plus with 50% discount on domestic destinations.
· Delivering railway tickets to client offices in Krakow subject to extra charge.
· Tickets may be booked by phone, fax or e-mail

3. Hotel reservations in and outside Poland

· Hotel reservations in Poland and worldwide using tour operators’ hotel booking networks such as Orbis, Go Global, Octopus, Hotel Club, Sindbad, which quarantine the most attractive prices in hotels and hotel chains of all categories;
· Delivering vouchers for hotel bookings to client offices (in Krakow)
· Hotel reservations may be made by phone, fax or e-mail.

4. Conferences and other special events

· Organiser of travels and flights for individual travellers or groups.
· Full-service travel provider featuring hotel bookings in and outside Poland, rental of conference rooms, meeting rooms and presentation facilities; arrangements for catering or refreshments;
· Organising appropriate accompanying events, meetings with vendors, etc.;
· Organising travels by various means of transportation throughout Poland and abroad, with full service for foreign guests in Poland, including trips, sight-seeing tours and cultural programmes.

5. Recreational and incentive programmes

· Tailor-made incentive tours in Poland and abroad;
· Congresses and seminars in Poland and abroad;
· Tailor-made conferences, conventions, and special events as well as promotional events based on client guidelines;
· Full transfer and catering service during events;
· Recreational trips for individual travellers and groups in Poland and abroad based on client specifications (dates, anticipated budget, class of hotel, food, touring programme etc.);
· Agency sales of standard vacation packages and tours selected from a rich offer of our partner tour operators.

6. Rental of cars, minibuses and coaches abroad

· Passenger car hire in Poland and abroad through international networks (AVIS, HERTZ);
· Best price offers for booked cars;
· Minibus and coach hire agency in Poland and abroad to cater for client needs.

7. Travel insurance

· Medical, accident, third-party liability and luggage insurance – EUROPEAN PROVIDERS

8. Visa agency

· For business trips to countries that require visas, CST offers assistance with all visa formalities.
· CST takes every effort to provide the client with information on required or recommended vaccinations for travel.
· CST is an intermediary in visa procedures making submissions of full sets of documents required (application forms, pictures and other documents).
